By accessing Ayva Academy, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform for an employer, you also represent that you are authorized to do so.
Accounts
Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for abuse, piracy, or policy violations.
Content & licenses
Course materials, videos, quizzes, and certificates are licensed for personal or corporate seat use as purchased — not for redistribution, scraping, or public republishing. Dynamic watermarks and access controls protect media.
Payments & enrollments
Access to paid content follows successful payment confirmation by our backend. Demo/stub gateways are for development only and do not process live cards.
Acceptable use
- No sharing of login credentials to bypass seat limits.
- No attempts to download, rip, or rehost protected video.
- No harassment, malware, or unauthorized scraping of the API.
